Shipping, Repairs and Returns
Pastels: The Gallery reserves the right to sell pastels only at the physical gallery in Greensboro, VT. Shipping pastels is difficult as pastel dust can be shaken off the pastel in the shipping process.
Jewelry: Jewelry shipping will be by UPS Ground Advantage, insured and
trackable. We package carefully to make sure your jewelry arrives in fabulous condition! A gift box is always included. We ship as soon as possible after your order and payment come through.
Jewelry repairs and replacements:
- Our polymer clay earrings are one of a kind and therefore irreplaceable if you lose one. We recommend rubber earring stops to help your earrings stay on your ears, and always include extras with every purchase.
- Please note that polymer clay, despite being strong and light, is also breakable -- do not pull the earring roughly from the bail or earwire, or the hole in the earring may break open.
- Our gemstone and Czech glass earrings are sometimes replaceable if you lose one, depending on if I have gemstone beads of comparable size and color, or if I have extra Czech glass beads. We will almost always need to receive the remaining earring to see if we can match it. If not, we will be in touch to either return that earring or create a new pair for you at current prices.
- When polishing our necklaces, please be sure to not pull the strand down from the clasp! While the wire guard and crimp protect the wire, the wire can pull out of them if you pull too hard.
